Description

We need someone with a good driving record, preferably with experience driving a box truck. The driver will be picking up and separating recycling at the curb for our residential and small commercial accounts in Lincoln and the surrounding area. You will be working outside in all conditions and periodically interacting with customers. Good people skills is a must. The job is M-F and starts at 6am and ends when you get the route done. Once you know the route this could be late morning or early afternoon (time varies). This is a salaried position starting at $27,000 per year with an evaluation and raise at 1 month, 3 months and 1 year. At your one year mark you should be making $29,000 and will be eligible for PTO, a health insurance stipend and our matching pension plan. Free curbside recycling is also provided.
