Bass player wanting to start roots reggae band

I am a bass player in my early 50s wanting to start a roots reggae band. All I have is my own equipment, a huge reggae collection and the desire to play positive irations for hip-swaying people. At minimum will need a strong drummer, guitar, vocals, practice space. Bonus would be keys, more singers, horns, etc. I am a pro-vax, pro-mask, flaming liberal and those things matter to me so please don't respond if there will be conflict. :)
