FOUND: Black Cat

Unaltered black cat found at the DuQuoin Southtowne Shopping Center a couple weeks ago. No collar, and he was acting hungry and looked worse for the wear so I brought him home to feed him and give him some time to recoup before trying to reconnect him with his owner or re-home him altogether. He's missing fur on his tail as you can see in the picture and the fur on the back of his neck is thin. One of his claws is severed off, it was dangling very loosely and later fell off entirely right at his paw. He's on the skinny side overall and his hip bones are quite prominent. He's really friendly. Wants loads of attention and gets along with my dog. He likes car rides, too, and didn't mind a semi-bath at all. He does not appear to be litter box trained. We've had him outside with access to one and he hasn't used it. If he's yours or you know who he belongs to, please let me know. Text only, . I will not send you codes.
