Help with building small portico/deck

Hello, I am looking for someone with experience who could offer guidance building a small deck and portico on my house. I have most tools and some construction experience. Needing someone who will help work to get it done before the snow flies and has experience to keep me from steering wrong. I don't have a ton of money but will do my best to keep it fair.
