Mash-ka-wisen Treatment Center in Sawyer, MN is accepting applications for Property Maintenance/Driver. Keep Mash-ka-wisen’s grounds in good working condition, which includes; shoveling, ice scraping, mowing, plowing, salting, etc. Keep Mah-ka-wisen's buildings in good working condition, which includes; general painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and HVAC. Drive the company vehicles to various destinations to transport clients for admissions, discharge, and appointments. Perform miscellaneous town errands for the business. Qualifications • Must have a valid Minnesota Driver License. Prefer applicant has no moving violations for the last three (3) years. • Must be reliable and responsible. • Willing to participate in a First Aid Course and obtain a “CPR” card. • Must be able to organize and carry out assigned tasks with a minimum amount of supervision and be able to project a neat, professional manner in relating to the public. • Understanding of groundskeeper duties for all seasons. Ability to make minor repairs and recommendations on repairs to the facility and grounds. • Subject to pre-employment, post-accident, return to duty, follow-up, and random drug testing. • Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
