Description

Are you a cardiovascular disease patient? (Heart conditions, high blood pressure, etc.). This study is being conducted for a Walden University dissertation. I am interested in hearing your perspective on what types of support from doctors you find beneficial. You qualify for this study if: 1) You are at least 18 years old; 2) you current reside in the United States; 3) You have been diagnosed with a cardiovascular disease; 4) You are willing to participate in an individual interview (about 1 hour phone/zoom/Skype; possible follow-up about 30 minutes); and 5) You can make your own health decisions and are not currently hospitalized. Participates will be sent a $25 Visa Gift Card as a thank you.
