Job Description We are looking for an irrigation specialist for installing irrigation systems, trouble shooting, repairing & general irrigation maintenance. You must have the ability to hand dig, kneel, lift, and work outdoors in all weather. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING: • Installing new Rain Bird and Hunter irrigation systems; • Providing upgrades to existing irrigation to maximize water efficiency; • Installing and performing repairs on in ground irrigation systems. • Maintaining and installing irrigation systems, as well as servicing and repairing all irrigation brands; • Conducting backflow certification and testing of lawn backflow devices. (must be certified to do this); • Performing Spring start-ups and adjustments, and system Winterization; and • Good and professional customer service. QUALIFICATIONS: • At least one year of professional irrigation, sprinkler system, and/or water management experience similar to that presented above. • Strong communication skills, and an aptitude to remain detail oriented in a fast-paced environment, and a sense of personal accountability to achieve stated business goals with a positive, mature, and team-based attitude. • Ability to operate a truck or truck/trailer combination, or a truck with a landscape body or dump. • Clean driving record. • Good positive attitude.
