Need rescue to take kittens

Found a litter of kittens hiding by my shed. They are maybe four weeks old I need a shelter or rescue to take them. I don’t have any way to care for them. We have no money and My husband and I have major health problems. The towns rescue Beth won’t usually take kittens if they haven’t had their shots and they do have what looks like allgerys, I gave them a bath in dawn but they do have fleas. Please txt me if you know of someone who can take these babies.
