Seeking room mates other ceramic artists, artists, potters to share 3 bedroom two bath main house and a separate outbuilding ceramic studio and property located in Ventura County. Property is less than an acre well maintained and landscaped with views of surrounding mountains, a few miles from town, downtown art galleries, great eating spots plenty of culture and ten minute drive to beach areas. Property is rural gated with the 3 bdrm/2ba main house available, also has separate living spaces and two separate art studio spaces near Ojai. Seeking artists interested in assist to build/utilize a larger outdoor kiln to share with other community artists. Property has additional space for one tiny house and perhaps two more non live-in open container/trailer type art studios. Seeking to create artists studio work/live artist community environment.
