Art studio spaces available in a shared workspace, located in the Gilman district, Berkeley. -24/7 access. -2 electric kilns on site for ceramic work. SKUTT 1027 arriving next month and SKUTT 818 to be ordered soon. -Utility sink -Skylights -3 designated parking spaces for the unit -Occasional open studio events All art mediums are welcome! Small studio spaces’ rent at $315 for 90 sq ft.   Approximately 7' x 13' The large room's rent is at $1050 for 300 sq ft    Approximately 15' x 20' The room can potentially be divided into two spaces with rent at $525 for 150 sq ft or shared with a small group of people.   -spaces shared between two people will be considered. -rent includes all utilities, separate fee to cover electricity for kiln use. -security deposit equal to one month's rent to be paid upon move in -month to month agreement Please email me with some information about yourself and the type of art you make and/or some examples of your work. Let me know if you have any questions and if you would like to arrange a time to visit.
