The Providence Singers are celebrating the return to live performance by inviting the community to a free performance of Brahms' Requiem. The German Requiem of Johannes Brahms contains some of the most beautiful and beloved melodies in choral music. "How Lovely is They Dwelling Place," perhaps the most familiar movement, captures the sense of peace and comfort that is at the heart of this work. The Requiem will be performed with organ, John Black accompaning. Dr. Christine Noel conducting. The Singers will be joined by baritone Dana Whiteside and soprano Sarah Yanovitch.
