Found chihuahua

Found a white with a little brown younger chihuahua running out of Julianna park on Horton road. Checked the immediate area and did not find anyone looking. He was wearing a T shirt with writing on it and a collar but did not have tags and I checked at petsmart if he had a chip and he did not have a chip. The humane society was closed today (Tuesday) but I will file a found pet report tomorrow through them and I have posted him all over facebook lost pet pages. If you think this is your dog please message me and tell me what the shirt said and what color the collar and shirt are. I would prefer this sweet boy not fall into the wrong hands and is reunited with his owner.
