Cocoplum Appliances in Essex Junction is seeking an Appliance Repair Professional for our Essex Junction Service Department. We specialize in sales/service of residential appliances. Applicants would be responsible for repair services and customer support during field visits to clients homes. You should be able to manage on site diagnostics, such as required parts diagnosis, determine proper solutions, and connect with manufacturer on-site tech support as needed, as well as completing repairs. You should be able to produce timely and detailed service reports, as well as document your processes for billing or warranty claims. We offer a Monday through Friday schedule for our tech, as well as a company vehicle for service calls. Applicants must possess a valid drivers license. Please have a clean appearance and a strong work ethic. We're looking to hire someone that will be with us for the long haul. A reliable person that enjoys what they do, and will come to work, on time, every day ready to make our clients day a little better. Previous experience in appliance repair preferred, but we will train the right motivated individual. Pay commensurate with experience.
