Cocoplum Appliances in Essex Junction, VT is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Writer/Warranty Administrator for our busy appliance repair shop. Responsibilities include answering incoming service calls (phone skills are a must), parts sales/ordering, coordinating with repair technicians, submitting warranty claims, ordering parts as needed, and scheduling repair visits and follow up with clients. You would oversee and advise the repair staff from the office while they are on the road. The position would require tasks such as overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow, advising clients on repairs and either selling the work order, or submitting for warranty claim and working with manufacturers directly for client repairs. We are looking for someone who is punctual, reliable, and looking for a long term employment opportunity. Appliance or automotive experience is a big plus, but we will train the right person.
