Description

Energy healing for the heart, throat, third eye chakras. An introduction to your chakra energy system with special emphasis on the upper centers of the heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Facilitated by Certified Healing Touch Practitioner/Reiki Master Lorie Allen, you will work with each center through movement, meditation, and journaling. A final exercise will integrate your entire biofield to create a sense of wholeness and deep relaxation. Part 1 not required to attend. If the weather permits and participants desire, the workshop will be held in the garden behind the Moon. This workshop includes handouts and perhaps a crystal or two that may not be available for drop in attendees. Preregistration requested.. Limited to 8 participants.
