Learn about the 7 major chakras in your energy field in this first of 2 workshops An introduction to your 7 central chakras with special emphasis on your root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. Facilitated by Certified Healing Touch Practitioner/Reiki Master Lorie Allen you will be guided through movement, meditation, and journaling techniques to help you get in touch with your body's grounding energy centers. If the weather permits and participants prefer, this workshop will be held in the garden behind the Moon. The workshop includes handouts and perhaps a crystal or two. These may not be available for drop in attendees. Limited to 8 participants. Preregistration requested and highly recommended!
