Deck reface

Description

I am a handyman that wants to do a deck reface with composite, and railing replace with vinyl. I need to pull a permit for this job. I am looking for someone to pull the permit, and supervise/and or work with me to get the job done. The job is in Marlborough. The contract with the homeowner is signed. The materials will be on-site tomorrow, and this job can start as soon as the permit is approved. Please call/text for details. I get too many emails for that to be a good way to communicate.
