Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, equipment, and material within establishments by performing the following duties: • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all shipments in order to be shipped • Maintain that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed to avoid any accidents • Ensure the cleanness of warehouse • Support management in any special tasks • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations • Perform additional duties and projects as required Required/Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: • Must be able to lift up to and not limited to 70 lbs frequently (required) • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. • Ability to write simple correspondence • Basic Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form • UPS/FedEx experience a plus • OSHA certification a plus Education and Language: • High School diploma or GED • Bilingual in Spanish preferred Work Schedule / hours: • Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) • One Saturday per month Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vison • Short Term / Long Term Disability • AD&D • Paid Time Off • Retirement • Paid Company Holidays
