Description
Here is the reality of using a "pro".
The good side is "pro" musicians learn quick and can play just about anything.
The bad side is any "pro" is constantly only chasing more money. Unless you are rich enough to keep them on call they will eventually leave on a moments notice for any band that offers more. Also after the tryout and first practice that's all you are ever going to get because a "pro" is always playing out. They will simultaneously be in as many bands as possible, never bring anyone to shows, never promote, and are always the last person to arrive and first to leave without helping while asking "how much their meal stipend and bar tab is?"
Just be aware that music means nothing to them but a tool to make money.
