Hi, My first priority is a siding job that needs to be completed. I'd say there is two days work for two people who have completed the work before. I'm looking to pay $18/hour and $15/hour for the helper. Roughly 32 man hours I'd like to put up some fencing as well and have a small pointing job. Same deal on pay. Roughly 16 man hours There is additional outdoor work for less skilled. I need a coat of paint around the foundation, some bushes pulled, clean out and remove some brush, push some top soil around and seed. I'd pay $13/hour for this type of work. Roughly 16 man hours. Three people working together should finish this in three days or less time. I'd like to get the work done by the end of this weekend. I'm flexible, open to suggestion, but need to get it done.
