Looking for owner of 2009 black Toyota Corolla-REWARD offered

I am looking for info that leads me to the owner of a 2009 black Toyota Corolla. He stole my phone and wallet (a wallet with magnetic phone case) in Walmart and Walmart caught him on surveillance going to the garden section hiding looking through my personal phone when he had no right too! I am a 23 year old female and this man looked through my photos and bank cards everything!!!INVADED my privacy. I know he lives in Katy Texas and drives a 2009 black Toyota Corolla. If anyone has any information that's leads to his abouts or even his name or anything, will get a reward!!!!PLEASE PLEASE HELP FIND THIS MAN!!!!!!!! also, my phone wallet case is pink and white marble and iPhone 12 Pro max.
