Grab yourself a partner and get ready to GET BASTED at CFHP's Gravy Games!! This will be an in-house competition with an RX and Scaled division for same sex team of 2 (M/M, F/F). Athletes will complete 3-4 WODs within the day and the top 3 teams in each division will receive prizes as well as the title of Gravy Games Champions!!
