HERNDON, VA — Herndon Police are asking the public's help in locating a local man who has been missing since Wednesday night, according to a post on the department's official Twitter account. Ronald Collins, 46, left his home sometime between 9 p.m. on Wednesday and 1 p.m. on Thursday. Collins may be without money or a cellphone, according to police, and there are concerns about his wellbeing. Anyone who has any information about Collins' whereabouts is asked to call 703-435-6846.
