The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
Quality of Life. As Town Clerk and I will ensure the highest level of innovation and customer service for all residents. I will take a proactive vs. reactive approach to decrease costs and make sure residents get the most they can from the town clerk's office.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
1) Proactive approach vs. reactive. 2) more than 30 years of management and leadership 3) a service oriented career 4) a career in management and leadership based on mentoring and coaching and open door policy for staff.
Accomplishments:
I have taken businesses and staff from the bottom in both sales and operations to top performers. I don't accept I can't. I find ways to make things happen. I believe in raising employees up to reach levels they never thought they could reach and create an environment where they thrive.
Other issues:
Open and Transparent Processes Professional and Courteous Service Solutions Oriented Management
What else would you like voters to know about you?
I have over 30 years of management and leadership, mentoring and coaching, and along with superior customer service.
