Press release from the Town of Zionsville: October 5, 2021 Mayor Emily Styron presented the 2022 Town of Zionsville proposed budget to residents and the Zionsville Town Council during two budget workshops and a Town Council meeting. This is a balanced budget with projected revenues meeting projected expenses. The budget includes a proposed 4% payroll increase to Town of Zionsville employees. Other highlights of the 2022 Town of Zionsville proposed budget include: Personnel Investment in the community         Investment in infrastructure Fiscally responsible For the first time, the Town of Zionsville is developing a sustainability plan to create a forward-looking budget from a revenue, expense and cash standpoint. The Town will look at revenue enhancement opportunities and will form a finance committee to review those possibilities monthly. This committee will explore opportunities for additional revenue streams and review, update and create financial policies.
