Portland Pedestrian Struck On Powell Friday Dies At Hospital

PORTLAND, OR — A pedestrian who was hit by a car last week in Portland died Tuesday morning at a hospital. The victim's name will be made public after family members can be notified, police said. The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Friday on Southeast Powell Boulevard, just east of 29th Avenue. The driver remained at the scene. No charges have been filed.
