Former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor is set to be resentenced on Oct. 21 after the Minnesota Supreme Court overturned his third-degree murder conviction last month. In 2019, Noor was found guilty of second-degree manslaughter and third-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond in Minneapolis.
