Allen, 59, of the 38000 block of Wilson Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 29 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 25. Kimberly A. Sheptak, 44, of the 37600 block of N. Lake Shore Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 28 in the 26100 block of W. Grass Lake Road, Unincorporated Antioch. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 17. Tiffany C. Morales, 35, of the 700 block of Crest Avenue, Schaumburg, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 28 at Sheridan Road and Greenwood Avenue, Waukegan. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 10. Tariq B. King, 38, of the 4000 block of Quincy Court, Streamwood, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 29 at Route 60 and Riverwoods Road, Mettawa. Bond was set at $3,000 and King was assigned a court date of Nov. 24. Krystal Head, 35, of the 1000 block of Larkdale Row, Wauconda, is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested Sept. 30 at Orchard and Lakeview drives, Unincorporated Wauconda. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Oct. 27. Bernabe J. Crus-Vargas, 36, of the 38500 block of N. Sheridan Road, Beach Park, is accused of aggravated driving under the influence, and was arrested Sept. 30 in the 40600 block of N. Green Bay Road, Beach Park. Bond was set at $20,000 and Crus-Vargas was assigned a court date of Oct. 5. Dominick C. Diehn, 23, of the 2900 block of Concord Lane, Wadsworth, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Sept. 30 at Route 120 and Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 20. Alexander Bendersky, 47, of the 7200 block of N. Lincoln Avenue, Lincolnwood, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 1 at Routes 45 and 120, Grayslake. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27. Lawanda L. Vaughn, 33, of the 300 block of Meadow Green Lake, Round Lake Beach, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, open transportation of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 1 at Routes 45 and 120, Grayslake. Bond was set at $3,000 and Vaughn was assigned a court date of Nov. 24. Eulalio Sosa-Cadena, 36, of the 2100 block of N. Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated speeding (75 mph in a 40 mph zone), and was arrested Oct. 2 at Delany Road and Gent Drive, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $3,000 and Sosa-Cadena was assigned a court date of Nov. 24. Kayla M. Tarachas, 30, of the 300 block of S. Litchfield Drive, Round Lake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 2 at Route 60 and Fairfield Road, Unincorporated Grayslake. Her bond was set at $3,000 and she was assigned a court date of Nov. 24. Timothy C. Miranda, 32, of the 2100 block of N. Arapahoe Boulevard, Round Lake Heights, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and was arrested Oct. 3 at Route 45 and Rollins Road, Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 27. Denzale R. Denson, 31 of the 2000 block of Jackson Street, Waukegan, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested Oct. 3 at Green Bay Road and Vermont Avenue, Waukegan. His bond was set at $3,000 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 24. PAROLE VIOLATION Michael R. Guerra, 43, of the 38800 block of N. Wilton Avenue, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of having a warrant out of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for parole violation, and one out of Kenosha County for bail jumping, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Sept. 28 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. There is no bond and a future court date was to be determined at the time of the report. DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED Rodney F. Parker, Jr., of the 36300 block of N. Route 41, Unincorporated Gurnee, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County, for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Sept 29 in Unincorporated Gurnee. His bond was set at $5,000 and a future court date in McHenry Count was to be determined at the time of the report. Angela R. Wojcik, 38, of the 500 block of Columbia Avenue, Des Plaines, is accused of having a warrant out of McHenry County for driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 1 at Roberts Road and Graclyn Court, Port Barrington. Her bond was set at $10,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report. Lashon M. Moore, 49, of the 1000 block of N. Leclaire Avenue, Chicago, is accused of driving while license suspended, and was arrested Oct. 2 at Route 12 and Lake Cook Road, Deer Park. Bond was set at $1,500. LAST WEEK: Woman Accused Of Resisting Arrest After DUI Bust VIOLATION OF AN ORDER OF PROTECTION Sean D. Resh, 28, of the 25400 block of W. Lincoln Drive, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of violation of an order of protection, and was arrested Sept. 30 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $10,000 and he was assigned a court date of Oct. 18. NO COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE Jaba Saralidze, 31, of Brooklyn, New York, is accused of no commercial driver's license when required, and was arrested Sept. 30 at Route 120 and Cedar Lake Road, Round Lake. His bond was set at $1,500. THEFT Harlan A. Moore, 65, of the 38300 block of N. Manor Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of having a warrant out of DuPage County for theft, and was arrested Oct. 1 in Beach Park. His bond was set at $3,000 and a future court date in DuPage County was to be determined at the time of the report. UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE Uriel Ledezma Villegas, 26, of the 100 block of S. Martin Avenue, Waukegan, is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and was arrested Oct. 2 in Waukegan. His bond was set at $30,000 and Villegas was assigned a court date of Oct. 21. DISORDERLY CONDUCT Daniel Morales, 34, of the 37000 block of N. Piper Lane, Unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Oct. 2 in Unincorporated Lake Villa. His bond was set at $1,500 and he was assigned a court date of Nov. 10.
