BIRMINGHAM, AL — Two new tenants are coming to The Summit shopping center. The Ono Poké, a poke bowl restaurant, and Teaspoon, a bubble tea store, will open in 2022, according to the Birmingham Business Journal. Ono Poké will be the third poke bowl restaurant in the city for owner-operator Vinh Tran. The restaurant will share space with Teaspoon, a bubble tea concept that serves unique handcrafted drinks that blend fresh flavors with traditional boba tea.
