This walking tour takes you through the lives of the many architects and builders who had a hand in creating the city of Milwaukee Not only is Milwaukee a hometown for many architects, it drew some of the best talent from around the country. Some of the familiar names you will learn about on this tour are George Mann Niedecken, George Mygatt, Alexander Eschweiler, Alonzo Seaman, and Henry Plunkett, to name a few. This 90 Minute walking tour will take you through the cemetery grounds to visit the final resting places of Forest Home's famous Dead Architects. Open daily for self-guided tours and leisure activities. Joggers, dog walkers, bicyclists and birders are all welcome.
