3rd Annual REALTOR® Night Out - Costume Edition! It's a Realtor Party PARTY! Join us this year in person (with or without costume!) REALTOR® Night Out – Costume Edition! LCBR’s 3rd annual ORPAC/RPAC fundraising event. Enjoy a fun evening out with colleagues for some food, drinks, music, and laughs! Guests welcome, bring your plus-one! (Please let us know if you will be bringing a basket, or donating one to be picked up prior to the event. Deadline October 27th) • MIX AND MINGLE and have some fun with your friends and colleagues while learning about ORPAC/RPAC and why it is so important to support the Realtor Party. • TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR OUR IN PERSON EVENT Spouses and guests are also welcome! Ticket price of $50 includes dinner and one drink of choice! Drink tickets and venue generously provided by Brodie Becksted, Ocean Equity Real Estate & Investments and Newport Brewing Company. This year we have additional prizes available for Best Individual and Best Couple costumes too! • LIVE MUSIC Brother and Sister duo Freddie and Hannah of Run and Tell That return to entertain us this year and keep the party grooving! • Guest Speaker from Oregon REALTORS® will discuss the outcomes of the most recent legislative sessions, and how your Oregon REALTORS® Political Action Committee is making a real difference in our state. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National, Oregon, or local associations of REALTORS® will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by Oregon REALTOR® PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until Oregon REALTOR® PAC reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the Oregon REALTOR® PAC reaches its RPAC goal, your entire contribution will be used to support state and local candidates. Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. ORS 316.102 provides for a credit against state taxes of up to $50 per individual or $100 per joint return for contributions to political committees.
