When you love someone, it can be difficult to know how to set healthy boundaries in a way that communicates your care for them, yet creates the space and clarity necessary for your own mental health and relational success. It can be even harder to receive boundaries from a loved one. In this class you will learn from two mental health therapists and a pastor about how to set, communicate, and receive boundaries in a way that preserves your own peace and also promotes healthy, loving relationships.
