The Chitta Cleanse Technique (CCT) is a process created by Vedaji for a western audience. Chitta is our subconscious, where memories and emotions are stored throughout our lives. In a chitta cleanse, you will be guided through self-inquiry in order to process past emotions that you are unknowingly still holding on to, subconsciously affecting your actions and reactions. A chitta cleanse will allow you to fully process repressed emotions that are holding you back from your goals and purpose in life. It will also allow you to change harmful patterns and reactions. Ultimately, repeated use of this purification process will allow one to become self-realized.
Multiple chitta cleanse sessions and lectures will be offered during the day, along with guided meditation, yoga asana, two delicious vegetarian meals cooked with love, a fire purification ceremony, and an evening kirtan.
