Mindfulness Practice to Reduce Stress, Strengthen our Immune System and Rewire our Brain
Did you know that a mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen our immune systems and rewire our brains? Join Tracy Pujia, certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher, to learn some beneficial tools and techniques to help experience greater calm and ease in our daily lives. Simple, yet effective breathwork will also be taught for both Moms and children.
We will meet in the main level conference room at the Castle Pines Library. If the weather is pleasant we can move to the upper level outdoor terrace with fireplace. Bring a warm layer just in case!
The Holistic Moms Network is a national non-profit organization providing information and support for people interested in natural living, holistic health, and gentle parenting.
