After 50 years a lot has happened. We hope along the way we've gained a bit of wisdom and gratitude. Please join us to celebrate and share. Recently several Class of ’71 members gathered for the weekend at a cabin on the coast of Maine. The experience was joyous and reconnected us to friendships that have lasted for most of our lives. Before 2021 slips away, we are inviting you to gather with other classmates from Weston High School’s first graduating class. Overview: Activity: Informal conversation with drinks (cash bar) and appetizersAttire: Comfortable!Class of ’71 grads only please. We’re doing this on a shoestring, and hope there will be a larger-scale multi-class reunion organized in the next couple of yearsSpouses/partners welcomeFaculty from our era welcomeCost: Event costs will be covered by voluntary donations. Any excess funds will be donated to student-focused activities at Weston High School, and we are working with the current principal to identify good uses for funds. COVID Guidance: We will assume attendees are fully vaccinated for COVID. If you are not or cannot be vaccinated, please confirm your COVID-negative status by getting tested within a few days prior to 11/13 ensure the safety of all. We will not be actively enforcing, so please be caring and responsible. We hope this event will give rise to group dinners and extended self-organized gatherings on November 13, or adjacent days.
