Presented by: Peer Mentor, Justin Capezzuto, Pharmaceutical Sciences, '24 I would like to present what I believe works best for studying and doing work in regards to mental health (mindfulness). Studying for hours can be taxing, so I would like to present a workshop on strategies students can use to break up their work and study, to give their minds a rest, to be refreshed when they go back to it. I will be giving advice and tips about effective strategies to improve mental health. STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES Students who attend will be able to create dynamic and flexible study schedules that work well for them. Students who attend will be able to practice mindfulness techniques.
