THE CLAMBAKE IS A GO!! We will be having the clambake at it's usually location in the Hyatt Regency Ballroom. I am expecting ~350 people this year due to the pandemic. I highly doubt it will sell out, but please do not wait to the last minute to buy tickets. As of now the Hyatt is NOT requesting a vaccination card or a negative test in order to attend the clambake, masks are optional. I've asked that the bars and the tables be spread out as much as possible so there is more space for everyone to safely enjoy the evening. As you know, the current situation is ever changing and we'll have to adjust if needed to. If there are any changes , I will relay them right away. Surplus funds are donated to the local high school that have optics programs, currently Rochester has 12 high schools. To date, we have generated over $100,000 from past clambakes. Please come out and enjoy this great event for an industry we all love to work in!  Cost: $120 per person What Your Ticket Includes: Three dozen steamed clams plus dinner buffet including: BBQ chicken, pasta and sausage, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, soup and salad. Three hours of open bar to include wine, beer and liquor. No payments will be accepted at the door.
