Overview of social media platforms and their content options (Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok)Account types & their data capabilities Content development - simple editing & photo staging, scheduling posts, how to use promoted posts (ads), and when outsourcing may be a good ideaSyncing social accounts with your branding and connecting with other brands & influencersPhoto & video demos: staging, lighting, and editingNote: This will be an interactive workshop and engagement is encouraged! The first hour will be a presentation while the second hour will be an opportunity for you to practice building digital content. We recommend bringing some of your own products for the photo and video demonstration. After all, practice makes perfect! Additional props will be provided. About Mary: Mary has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a background in writing & small business brand development. She has worked with video, social media, audio, web, and graphic mediums. She currently hosts the Granny Smith Lane podcast, and previously worked as the Marketing and Communications Manager for Headwater Food Hub.
