South Asian Women's Collective Launch Event! Join us for a small, casual gathering to meet fellow South Asian women from our Rivertowns community! Whether you're new to the area or long-time residents, this is an opportunity to make new connections for friendships, networking and/or to celebrate our culture. Since this is our first event, there's no formal agenda. Instead, we want to meet and collaborate on what we can build together as a community. Details: Admission ($30) includes a signature cocktail/mocktail and passed appetizers from 6 - 7:30PM on the outdoor waterfront deck at SAMBAL in Irvington. Guest headcount is limited to 25 to maintain an intimate feel. About Us We're both first-generation Indian Americans who were fortunate to grow up among dynamic and supportive local South Asian communities. Since we moved to Irvington many years ago, we've noticed an increase in the number of South Asian families and created the South Asian Women's Collective as a way to foster connections and build a sense of community for ourselves and our families.
