This course is all preparedness food planning, for those who need to organize what they have into a usable pantry or for those who are still scratching their heads and need to bounce their ideas off of someone else.
What you buy is up to you, in this course you get ideas on what to buy.

Unit 2: Rotation by eating
Unit 3: Review your new notes

Part 2: Where are you going from here?
Unit 4: Menus
Unit 5: Meal preps
Unit 6: Gear: Storage and Processing
Conclusion
The Units are not the same length of time. Each Unit has accompanying quizzes, worksheets, and other resources to be used during the course and after.
