Fill your mind, body and soul with connection, learning, feeling, mindset techniques, emotional and social health. $10 per man. This 90 minute workshop will blend mental health education, mindset techniques, and group connection practices to help men improve their mental, emotional, and social health. Hosted by Justin Ternes, EVRYMAN Facilitator and the current standing San Diego Men’s Group members. Open to all whom identify as men. Open to all who want to improve themselves and build community.
