The menu for the evening will include: Appetizer: Jerk chicken crostini with pineapple and mango salsa. Salad: Poached pear over arugala w/ toasted walnuts,goat cheese crumble in a blush wine dressing. Entree:Crab stuffed salmon or seared lamb chop over parmesan risotto with grilled asparagus.
