Looking for a skilled caulker / laborer for residential and commercial caulking. Must also be quick to learn and have the desire to learn new trades. Employee will be required to own their own caulking trowels and bulk gun within 14 days of hire. Employee will need a safety toe boot immediately upon hire.
Job responsibilities:
Remove caulking front joints, grind out joints and cracks, install backer rod, apply new caulking in joints, tool all caulking in joints, clean bulk guns, repair bulk guns, grind down concrete, cut concrete, demo concrete, set up forms, pour concrete, finish concrete, prep garage floors, paint garage floors, power wash, seal concrete, clean work vehicles, clean shop, clean jobsites, tuck point brick, lay brick, clean brick and caulk exterior houses (siding).
