Preferred Skills: - Construction experience, Steel Building Construction is preferred, ironwork, sheet metal work, metal siding, metal trim and metal roofing. - Ability to operate tools related to siding, roofing and ironwork. - Must be safety minded. - Willingness to work a variety of hours,(for example starting early or stopping late) - Welding a plus. - CDL a plus. - Ability to operate equipment associated with this trade a plus.
