Need Someone to Convert School Bus

I am looking for someone who would be able to take a used school bus and convert it to be used as a business. Primary Items looking to do: -Remove seats if not removed already -Install electrical and wire for surepower with set up generator as well (lighting, back up camera, usb ports, etc) -Install RV A/C unit -Insulation -Laminate or Bamboo Flooring -Shiplap along walls and ceiling -Possibly spray paint exterior using automotive paint from Sherwin Williams Serious Offers only. Looking for an estimate for cost and availability. Ability to park bus at your location or location provided by you ideal. I am located in Phoenix near Biltmore but the bus can be remodeled anywhere in the Valley if a good fit.
