Mimosa Yoga is exactly what it sounds like! Join Sallie from Good Company Yoga as she guides you through the same practice of breathing and postures, except combined with a cold mimosa in hand. A refreshing balance of fun, relaxation, and a hint of coordination. $5 mimosas available for all yoga participants. Bartender available throughout the yoga class. Class is held outdoors in the grassy area. Pre-registration is required. Please bring your own mat. We invite you to stay after class to enjoy all that Lazy Creek Taphouse has to offer!
