AZ Spa Movers Service Repair & Maintenance - HIRING SPA/HOT TUB Techs SPA / HOT TUB TECHNICIAN POSITION TYPE: Full time, permanent We will supply the fully stocked van, insurance, gas card and ample work. We are looking for team members who like being outside, and who would enjoy cleaning and maintaining spas/hot tubs. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces • Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools • Complete written reports daily • Maintain a clean work site • Maintain a clean, fully stocked service vehicle • Maintain an accurate inventory of your van • Participation in company sponsored training and development program SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Mechanical aptitude • Electrical or plumbing experience is an asset • Time management skills • Able to communicate with customers and colleagues in an effective, professional manner • Industry experience is an asset but is not required • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Punctual and reliable • Clean driver’s license is required- no tickets or accidents within3 years • Able to lift 50lbs • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers. (earn commission in conjunction with salary) • Provide the customer with accurate information on the use and application of all products sold by the company • Maintain a professional image (Dress attire – Pants or shorts depending on weather without holes, wear company provided polo shirt, maintain proper Hygiene, etc Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 depending on experience - + plus commission Benefits: Paid Time Off: 3 sick days, 5 holidays Experience: Prefer a minimum of (1-2) years’ experience customer service and working outside. Spa/hot tub/pool experience a plus.
