Missing Gray Tabby Cat Female, Gray and Cream

We have lost our dear Kitty Cat Yawny! She was last seen in our home on September 28th at 10:30pm. The area she was last seen is the Tweleve oaks neighborhood, main roads W Chandler Blvd andb N Rural Road. Neighborhood cross street's S. Terrace Rd and W. Milky Way. She got outside and has not been home since. She is a Domestic Shorthair Gray Tabby with a Cream belly and cream patches on her back. She has a light gray jaw and yellow/green eyes. She weighed 10lb when she went missing, so is medium sized, and is around 10 years old. Pleas help us bring her home! She belongs to my 88 grandmother who has dementia. She currently is in a rehabilitation center and not at home, she will be devastated to learn of Yawny's absence. Thank you!
