Rehoming for a male German Shepherd Puppy

I have a 3 month Male German Shepherd Puppy that I cannot take with me to California, because my Fiance children are allergic. I'm very saddened by this, and I don't really want to give him up. But I have proof of shots, no birth certificate, But his birthday was January 2nd I was there. he's a very healthy puppy, he just has a little rash on his tail, that's being treated. He's very energetic and great with kids. He also has plenty of accessories (crate, gate, bowls, toys, bed). Text me for more details. I'm leaving in 2 weeks.
