Free Workshop will equip you with PRACTICAL, POWERFUL tools to defend yourself from common assaults. You are worth defending! * Practical, powerful tools * Experienced husband & wife teaching team * Respectful environment, valuable experience, FUN! * Free childcare available by request Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We will be not only talk about the tools you need to defend yourself, we'll practice them in a safe, respectful way. Feel free to bring a friend to partner with. Class is open for women age 13 and up. Robin is a master level instructor of 35 years experience, black belt rankings in Aikido, Jujutsu, and Karate, and instructor certifications in police tactical restraints and personal safety. Robin and his wife, Claire regularly host community safety seminars for women and for children. To help achieve safer communities we offer workshops and videos that present strong (and usable) self-defense answers to real assault situations that women, men, and children can sometimes experience around town or in their own homes. Robin Redick is a martial arts trainer, instructor, certified police tactics instructor, and personal safety instructor of 35 years experience. With this background, he is passionate about equipping others with with powerful and useful self-defense skills.
